A vacuum packaging machine is a device that can tightly seal food and other products in plastic or metal bags while removing the air inside to extend the shelf life and protect the quality of the products. Preparatory work:

The products that need to be vacuum-sealed

Vacuum bags, which can be plastic or metal bags. Please choose specific types according to the product type.

Put the products into the vacuum bags

Put the food or other products that you need to package into the vacuum bags. Note that the amount should not exceed the sealing line of the vacuum packaging machine.

Sealing

Place the opening of the vacuum bag above the sealing line of the packaging machine. Press the heat sealing button on the machine and wait for a few seconds until the sealing is completed. If you are using metal bags, be sure to leave a small hole at the sealing part for the discharge of oxygen.

Vacuumizing

Press the vacuuming button on the machine to activate the vacuum pump. When the air inside the bag is being sucked out, you can hear the sound made by the machine and the sound of the vacuum bag getting thinner.

Tightening and Sealing

After the vacuumizing is completed, immediately turn off the vacuuming button on the machine and place the sealed part of the vacuum bag on the compression block. Press the heating button on the machine and wait for a few seconds until the compression block releases and the vacuum bag automatically disengages. Then take it off from the packaging machine.

Inspection

Before taking out the vacuum bag, please check whether the sealed part is intact. If there are any signs of air leakage or if you find that the sealed part has not effectively compressed the items inside the bag, then you need to reseal it.
